Your design and quote request

The live designer processes your choices and logo in your browser. When you choose Request my quote, we store your business name, contact name, email, city, notes, destination URL, design settings, starting estimate, a design preview and your uploaded logo in our hosted database and file storage. These let us review your design and respond with a quote. They are available through an owner-only inbox, not a public gallery. Do not upload sensitive personal information or payment details.

Your files

Uploaded logos are resized and converted to PNG before submission; the stored copy is not your original source file. Downloaded editable designs contain the details and logo you entered and are saved on your device. Unsaved browser changes are temporary. We keep submitted requests while handling your inquiry and associated business records; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Sessions and hosting

A necessary one-day session cookie protects quote submissions. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit spam. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver and secure the site. Owner access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Google Fonts is used on the main website. We do not add advertising trackers.

Responses and payments

Submitting saves a request to our private inbox. It does not take payment or automatically send a confirmation email. We use your email to respond to your inquiry. If you email hello@readytapgo.com directly, it is forwarded to our Gmail inbox.

Links on your signs

Standard signs open your chosen third-party destination. Those services handle their own sign-in and data. Ready Tap Go does not collect review text, customer identities or tap analytics through standard signs.
