GOOD QUESTIONS
NFC requires a compatible phone and appropriate settings. iPhone XS and later support background NFC reading, with some device-state limitations. Many Android phones support NFC when enabled. The printed QR code is the camera-based alternative. Internet access is needed, and Google may ask the customer to sign in.
Our standard signs link directly to your chosen destination. There is no Ready Tap Go subscription or required Ready Tap Go app. Google’s own sign-in requirements still apply. Direct links do not provide tap analytics.
Yes. The Logo Stand includes a simple, print-ready logo, two standard colors and one proof revision. Complex redraws, tiny lettering, gradients or additional colors need a separate quote. You approve the simplified design before it is made.
No. The sign makes it easier to find the review page; it cannot guarantee reviews, ratings or search placement. Invite all customers to share honest experiences without rewards, pressure or screening based on satisfaction.
Your sign is ready in 2–3 business days after design approval. We confirm availability with your quote. Delivery or shipping time is additional.
A direct-link sign avoids a subscription, but changing the encoded QR destination requires reprinting the sign; a locked NFC tag also needs replacing. Permanent write protection is applied only after the approved link has been tested. Replacement work is quoted separately.
Yes. Adhesive plaques are a flat-backed printed body for wall or countertop mounting with 3M tape. Freestanding signs combine the front and rear support in one printed body. The A-frame has a full rear panel; the other styles use integrated rear supports. Freestanding versions stand on their own with no separate base to assemble. Your lettering and QR code are 3D printed. Google editions use a separately 3D-printed, four-color G bonded into a matching recess; the sign body stays one piece. There are no applied labels. The NFC chip sits inside.
Standard signs are intended for indoor counters, away from hot vehicles and direct heat. Metal can interfere with ordinary NFC tags. Tell us about the placement so the assembled sign can be tested or fitted with an on-metal tag.
